Called the office Monday and had service scheduled for Tuesday afternoon. Tuesday morning, I received a call from Kevin Jr stating he was in our neighborhood and asked if it would be okay to go ahead and come out early. I was sure our garage needed extensive work and maybe even new parts because of how terrible it seemed. Kevin Jr had our garage up & running better than before in less than 20 minutes. Called Ark-La-Tex Garage Doors at 8:15 a.m. and they were at my house by 10:30 a.m. It took Kevin about 45 minutes to fix the broken spring on my garage door. I was very happy with the fast service as I had a doctor's appt. in the afternoon. Thank you so much for the great service. I will be happy to recommend this company.

I had Ark-La-Tex Garage Doors install 3 doors for me and after the 1 one standard warranty I had a cable come undone for some reason and when I thought I was going to have to pay for the repair, they not only covered it under warranty - they re-enforced the door to make it better. I HIGHLY recommend these guys for any repair or new install. I learned that garage doors aren't easy to fix for your average DIYer and those coil springs can be dangerous, so just give them a call you wont be disappointed

Best customer service ever!! Jenna was so sweet and so helpful! I had a property listed that needed the garage door repaired immediately. Even on Good Friday she had a technician out to me within an hour and a half! Plus she gave me a courtesy call after to make sure i was completely satisfied with my service!
